A sailing club and café connected to a continuous waterfront walk, with a terrace overlooking the water.

The proposal extends the waterfront route onto the club’s platform. A wider stair links the pedestrian level to the water’s edge, while a shaded terrace offers a place to pause and look towards the sea.

Storage supports the sailing programme, and an open multipurpose room faces the platform. The club is conceived as both a working place and a public destination, connecting everyday use with the waterfront.
